Inexpensive Student Section Outfits

Hillbilly Night – One inexpensive way to dress as a hillbilly would be to go to a thrift shop. There are at least five Goodwill’s in Knoxville that have cheap clothes that are quite cute. You can get some old overalls for four bucks and cut them if they are pants. Another option is you can go to Wal-Mart. The overalls are very big but there are a lot of different ways to cut them and to make them cute on Pinterest. You can even go on Etsy.

Indian Night - This is easy to do reasonably. Get an old brown or red t-shirt and cut fringes in the bottom. If you do not have a t-shirt to do that there are some at Wal-Mart for five dollars. After you cut the fringes, get some cheap dollar store beads and put two to three on the bottom of each fringe or even every other fringe. Cut the sleeves and the collar off to make it like a tank top. Then get a headband, and some feathers and glue to feathers to the side or the back of the headband. Finally, before the game get some face paint, or use the paint the boys use to paint up and put dots and lines on your face. Bam! You’re an Indian.

Nerd Night - Get some cheap suspenders, or maybe your dad or grandfather has some you can even use. Wear some jean shorts or skinny jeans if it isn’t that warm out. Wear a white tank top or a white/graphic t-shirt and tuck it in. Get some knew high socks and wear sandals or tennis shoes. Look at that you are a cute little nerd now.

Hawaiian Night – Goodwill is the place to go my friend. They have floral shirts that are like a dollar. Then, you can go to Wal-Mart or another store and get some of those flowery leis that aren’t expensive at all. You look like you belong on the beach in Hawaii.
