How do I stay positive in my sport when I keep getting injured and can’t play?

Dear Injured Nancy,

If you are injured you need to rest your injury as much as possible so you can go back and play soon. I am not saying do not do anything but sit at home. I am just trying to say that you need to baby your injury so it heals completely and you do not keep getting hurt. If you go back to your sport before it is completely healed you could really mess up whatever is wrong with you and you may never be able to play again. Remember that you will eventually be able to go back and continue to do what you love.

I blocked this boy’s number because I do not want to talk to him anymore. He is a bad influence and I am trying to get away from him. He has found other ways to contact me though and I don’t know what to do. Can you give me some advice?

Make sure he is blocked on all social media like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, etc. When you know he is then he should not be able to contact you at all. If he still finds a way ignore him. If he is a bad influence then you do not need that in your life. Be strong! He will most likely give up eventually. Just stand your ground and do not let him back into your life unless you absolutely cannot help it. I am sure you are strong enough to not though. I wish you the best of luck.

If you do know her then just be nice and be there for her. She will eventually notice you and realize you are a good guy for her. Do little things at first like bring her favorite sonic drink or icee. Surprise her with her favorite chocolate bar or flower. Do sweet little things to make her smile. Then bump it up a notch and ask her to dinner and take her to her favorite restaurant. Be the guy of her dreams if she is the girl of yours.
